The Opportunity

Looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale a digital marketing ecosystem. As a key architect of our digital presence, you’ll lead the charge in designing and executing data-driven strategies that engage surgeons, hospital executives, staff, patients, and partners. What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, paid social, email, display, and web optimization
• Build targeted campaigns for key audiences, leveraging marketing automation to personalize journeys
• Define KPIs, lead analytics, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and data insights
• Manage integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned with commercial and product goals
• Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to boost search performance and ROI on paid campaigns
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to align strategies

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 5–7+ years of digital marketing experience (medical device, healthcare, or tech preferred)
• Proven success building and scaling digital strategies that drive measurable results
• Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, and website optimization
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), and marketing automation tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
