QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES AT A GLANCE:

• Appropriate NJ Department of Education Certification.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and instruct students.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of effective instructional strategies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.
• Collaborate with other awesome professionals like yourself.
• Monitor and document student progress.
