Job Title: SOC & Cybersecurity Trainee

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced IT professionals who are eager to transition into SOC (Security Operations Center) and Cybersecurity roles. This program is specifically designed for individuals with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in IT, networking, or related fields, and who are looking to restart or shift their careers into the fast-growing cybersecurity domain.
The SOC & Cybersecurity Trainee Program will equip you with up-to-date security skills, hands-on training, and direct placement opportunities with leading IT companies and multinational corporations (MNCs).

Key Responsibilities:
Security Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor, detect, and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, and ELK.
Incident Investigation: Investigate security incidents including phishing, malware, data breaches, and insider threats to identify the root cause.
Log Analysis & Vulnerability Scanning: Conduct log analysis, vulnerability assessments, and patch compliance checks to ensure the security integrity of systems.
Incident Response & Forensics: Assist in incident response procedures and participate in security forensics activities.
Security Best Practices: Research and apply security best practices for endpoint, network, and cloud security solutions.
Compliance Support: Contribute to organizational compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other security standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experienced Professionals (Career Restart): Prior experience in IT, networking, or system administration who are now looking to transition into cybersecurity.
Preferred Knowledge: Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems (OS) is preferred.
