Senior Recruiter: Senior Team Lead - Talent Acquisition (100% Remote/WFH)

Hi there, National Search Group is excited to share a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding remote team. We're looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, to lead our recruitment operations. About the Role

As our Senior Team Leader, you'll be the central point of leadership for a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists when needed . We're looking for a candidate with a proven track record of handling teams, with the ability to drive results and set a standard of excellence. You will be instrumental in guiding the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets while upholding our high standards for quality and efficiency.

This role requires a leader who is not just a coach but a living example of reliability and accountability. We need someone who is consistently present and engaged, ready to oversee team attendance and serve as a reliable resource. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a motivating environment, inspiring continuous improvement, and ensuring our recruitment processes deliver quality hires and a positive candidate experience.

You must also be an active team player, demonstrating your expertise by performing as a walking example. This means you won't view any task as being below your pay grade, whether it's sourcing a candidate or conducting an initial screen. Your willingness to perform every aspect of the job will set a powerful example for the entire team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists when required, providing direction and support to help them achieve company goals.
  • Manage team attendance and be a consistent, reliable presence, setting the standard for the team.
  • Implement robust performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to serve as an example for the team.
  • Provide continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Reliability: A high level of reliability and a willingness to be a visible, consistent leader for the team, demonstrating a "no task is too small" attitude.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software, and excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. You must be fluent in English.
  • Attributes: You must be goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet and exceed targets.

Important Details

  • Work Hours: You must be available during USA business hours (Eastern Standard Time): Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Fridays, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. EST.
  • Salary: The base pay for this role will depend on the successful candidate's experience and caliber. The range is USD 400 to USD 1000 per month, with annual bonuses and commission pay (Depending on the experience and caliber)
  • Equipment: You must have a fast internet connection with power backup, a noise-canceling headset, and a noise-free work environment.
  • Benefits: This is a full-time, permanent, 100% remote position with pay raises and the benefit of working from home.
