Role Description

Mercor is looking for people with analyst experience in Real Estate. This is for a project with a leading AI research lab. The work will revolve around crafting questions, evaluating model responses, and/or solving problems in your area of expertise. The goal of the project is to improve the model’s capabilities in many domains, including yours!

• This project is scoped to last a minimum of 2-4 weeks, but may be extended
• You will be expected to commit 10-20 hours per week. The hours are fully flexible, i.e. you choose when you work!

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an analyst in the real estate industry, including development, brokerage, investment, or analysis
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating property deals, creating financial models, and interpreting market dynamics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to assess complex real estate transactions and strategies
• Experience at a top-tier real estate firm or investment group is a plus
