Resiliency Mind + Body Medicine is seeking an experienced interventional psychiatrist for our expanding outpatient psychiatry group in Southern California.
This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of evidence-based, interventional, and integrative mental health care. The psychiatrist will perform clinical care at our growing network of clinics, primarily in Newport Beach, and will champion cutting-edge treatments such as Deep TMS, intranasal esketamine and holistic interventions grounded in functional medicine.
You’ll work alongside a passionate team which includes our founding physician, psychiatric nurse practitioners and physician assistants, TMS technicians and clinical support staff committed to delivering exceptional, insurance-accessible care to diverse populations. This is an ideal position for a mission-driven psychiatrist who wants to lead with impact, innovate with intention, and expand access to transformative psychiatric care.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the delivery of outpatient psychiatric services—including interventional treatments such as TMS and ketamine.
- Provide direct patient care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and interventional treatments.
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of NPs/PAs, TMS technicians, and support staff.
- Guide strategic initiatives to grow our Southern California footprint, including community partnerships, clinical outreach, and provider referral network development.
- Champion clinical excellence through the development and implementation of evidence-based protocols and operational standards.
- Foster a trauma-informed, patient-centered, and culturally responsive treatment environment.
- Oversee quality assurance metrics, including patient outcomes, experience, and safety.
- Remain up to date on advances in psychiatric care, interventional treatment modalities, and integrative practices to ensure best-in-class patient care.
Compensation :
- Competitive 1099 earning potential of $270,000-$450,000+ depending on productivity

Qualifications :
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Addiction Experience a plus
- Active California medical license
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in outpatient psychiatry
- Experience with interventional psychiatry (TMS, ketamine, Spravato) strongly preferred
- Strong interest in integrative or functional psychiatry is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and leadership skills
