Job Summary: MedPro Disposal is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented part-time Staff Accountant to join our team in Naperville, IL. This position will be responsible for various accounting and finance tasks. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while utilizing your skills and expertise in accounting and finance. This is an individual contributor role that offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible work schedule. Compensation & Benefits: This part-time Staff Accountant position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, the role offers the opportunity for growth and development within the company. Estimated 22 to 26 hours per week with flexibility on days and times. Responsibilities:

• Bank account reconciliations
• Credit card statement reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close
• Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Collections file management
• Billing inquiry task management
• Payroll entry assistance
• Various financial analysis and adhoc accounting tasks

Requirements:

• Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience in accounting or finance
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
