Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading recreational non-profit in NYC to hire an Overnight Maintenance Technician.
Your new role
The job duties of the Overnight Maintenance Tech will include, among others:
- Maintain the facilities overnight, and conduct light maintenance activities including plastering, carpentry, light electrical and plumbing
- Ensure the pool area is maintained and ready for early morning guests
- Conduct any special projects as needed on a seasonal basis
- Monitor basic building systems and report any issues to AM Engineer
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:
- 2–4 years of experience in maintenance, preferably on the commercial side, but RESY can be considered
- Any prior pool experience is a plus — (Client will sponsor and pay for a CPO- Certified Pool Operator license in the first 30 days.)
- Ability to work the following shifts/hours: Thursday-Monday, 10PM-6AM
- Good communications and organizational skills

$60–63K per year, plus benefits
