Pay Range: $42 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• As the Nurse Manager – Emergency Services , you’ll:
• Lead, mentor, and develop an exceptional ER nursing team.
• Oversee daily clinical operations and staffing to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient care.
• Implement evidence-based nursing practices and performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive patient satisfaction through compassionate leadership and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and optimize workflows.
• Partner with medical staff and multidisciplinary teams to elevate patient outcomes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications (AHA required)
• BSN required | MSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership (ANM or higher) in an Emergency Department or similar acute care setting
• Proven record in team management, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence
• National certification in nursing administration preferred
