HVAC Construction Manager

New opportunity for an experienced HVAC Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial HVAC installation projects!

In this role, you’ll manage every stage of HVAC construction ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, while leading teams, and working closely with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage HVAC construction projects from start to finish
• Supervise field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Review design documents, plans, and specifications to confirm constructability and accuracy
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve field challenges
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out packages
• Collaborate with project engineers, estimators, and leadership to drive successful outcomes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing HVAC or mechanical construction projects
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry codes
• Experience supervising teams and subcontractors in a construction setting
• Project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and construction documentation
• College degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred (experience may substitute)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial, industrial, or institutional HVAC installation projects
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and multi-trade construction workflows
