■ What You’ll Do:

• Hunt down top tax talent and make quality connections every day— phone first . If you are looking for an easier, gentler way to achieve extraordinary success (emails, texts, etc.) – keep looking because this job isn’t for you. In person, video or phone – that’s how we roll.
• Build and manage a book of business by creating meaningful client relationships.
• Own the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Work closely with hiring authorities to understand their needs and deliver top-tier talent.
• Learn and grow continuously with real-time feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
• Be prepared to spend most of your day talking on the phone or trying to reach people.
