Entry-Level Claims Support Representative - Start Your Professional Career!

Location: Ramsey, MN (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay: $18.00/hour + Overtime Opportunities

Type: Temp-to-Hire (Conversion after 90 days)

What You'll Do:

• Provide empathetic support to homeowners navigating the insurance claims process
• Learn to create and submit repair estimates using specialized software
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, internal teams, and clients
• Track claim progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain detailed records of calls, emails, and documentation
• Collaborate with the claims team to solve problems and improve workflows

• Strong typing, data entry, and computer skills
