Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation Program Support | Coordinate and support MDM and EDI workstreams focused on improving data accuracy, speed, and automation across merchandising, supply chain, and digital commerce.

  • Project & Milestone Management | Maintain transformation project timelines, task assignments, and key deliverables. Track dependencies and coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams and external solution partners.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance | Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for MDM platforms and EDI transactions. Coordinate data validation and triage data quality issues with IT.
  • Communication & Change Management | Drive regular status updates, communication plans, and training materials to support organizational readiness and adoption across stores, warehouses, and HQ teams.
  • Technology & Tools | Support the deployment and enhancement of MDM and EDI solutions integrated with ERP, PIM, and OMS systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Retail systems experience (e.g., ERP, PIM, MDM platforms)
  • PMP, Agile, or related project management certification
  • Knowledge of omnichannel retail operations and digital fulfillment
  • Experience working with third-party solution providers for MDM or EDI

What Success Looks Like:
