Site Location: Tempe, AZ 85284

Training Schedule:

• 3 weeks of training, all onsite.
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
• Friday day of training is 9am - 5:30pm

Post-Training Schedule:

• Wednesday - Sunday, 9am - 5:30pm
• Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote (you can choose which days you work remote)

Contract Duration : 4 month contract - intended to convert FTE

Interview Process :

• 15 minute virtual interview with Recruiter
• Complete online basic computer literacy test within 24 hours - must score 90% or higher
• 15 minute virtual interview with Account Manager

Required Skills / Experience :

• Must be comfortable in a heavy phone support environment taking close to 200 calls per day.
• Must be ok working on national and federal holidays if they fall on a work day (only day company is closed is on Christmas Day).
• Excellent professionalism and communication is a must!

Job Description: Insight Global is looking for a large group of Remote Gate Agents for a fortune 500 company to support thousands of drivers across North America. Using a two-way audio/video communication to verify/identity any necessary specifications on trucks and processes, you will be coordinating, communicating, and providing updates on a daily basis to all parties involved in the arrival, loading, unloading and departure at warehouses, facilities and distribution centers.

We are looking for candidates that are extremely detail oriented, can work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency, and are quick learners and technically savvy. This team is able to take on all gate operations and allow those associates onsite to focus on the daily operations onsite that need to be completed. On a daily basis, you will be speaking to roughly 200 drivers a day, so excellent and clear communication is a must.

Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in the office 3 days per week, and 2 days from home per week. Your schedule will be Wednesday-Sunday, 9-5:30 PM. This client operates 24/7, 365, so being okay working on all major holidays including but not limited to Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and New Years Day is a must.
