As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for a portfolio of mid-market clients. You will build trusted relationships, provide strategic guidance, and ensure that customers maximize the value of their solutions. This role involves close collaboration with implementation, support, sales, and engineering teams to unlock opportunities for adoption, identify risks, and advocate for customer needs internally. You will leverage data-driven insights to guide engagement strategies, monitor usage, and proactively address challenges. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure continuity and progress on customer matters.
  • Partner with customers to drive engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion of services.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers to assess progress, understand evolving needs, and align on growth strategies.
  • Identify potential risks, uncover upsell opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase product adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, advocating for customer success and aligning internal teams with customer goals.
  • Guide feature adoption and review new functionalities to help customers achieve measurable success.
  • Collaborate with account managers on renewals and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Maintain consistent, transparent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management in SaaS environments serving mid-market customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow customer relationships while mitigating churn and driving renewals.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple accounts and objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using data and insights to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer success tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with a flexible schedule.
