Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Strategy Officer / Chief Transformation Officer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's overall strategy and driving transformational initiatives to ensure our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with the overall vision and goals
- Lead and manage the transformation process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities
- Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to department heads and teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategy
- Present regular updates and reports on the company's progress and performance to the CEO and Board of Directors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably in the sports industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies and driving transformational change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the industry landscape
