Position Overview:

  Now Hiring : Box Truck Driver

Location:  Middleboro, MA

Compensation: $21 - $26 hourly

Schedule : 7am – 3:00pm Monday – Friday

We are currently hiring for the position of Driver at our Middleboro location. Deliveries include usage of liftgates and pallet jack/two wheelers. Deliveries include products such as water heaters, pipe, vanities, tubs, faucets, and more. This branch includes deliveries of custom items for luxury bath showroom division and special attention to detail and accuracy are of the utmost importance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely perform daily local deliveries in 26’ box truck and pickup truck
• Work with Branch/Warehouse Manager to create daily delivery schedule
• Organize individual deliveries and follow systems to ensure accuracy
• Safely load and unload our daily deliveries in 26’ box truck
• Make deliveries in timely fashion
• Report concerns/delivery issues to Branch Manager
• Keep accurate and timely truck logs
• Keep trucks clean and organized
• Perform warehouse work during non-delivery time

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years warehouse / Driver experience
• Proven history of safety in the workplace
• Clean driving record
• Prior experience driving a box truck
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• New hires must pass a drug screening

Pay Range: USD $21.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
