Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Elevate Behavioral Healthcare (empowered by Finni Health)

📍 San Fernando Valley and Ventura county | 🗓️ Part-time, less than 30 hours/week | 💵 $70-80/hour

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral disorders
• Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modification as needed
• Provide direct behavior intervention services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the effective implementation of behavior plans and the generalization of skills
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques, data collection, and other relevant topics
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and data collection sheets
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other professional development opportunities

What You’ll Need

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis and intervention
• Knowledge of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct functional assessments, develop behavior plans, and analyze data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and standards
