Executive & Personal Assistant
Location: Bethesda, MD / Washington, DC (Hybrid - mostly remote with occasional in-person)
Type: Part-time (20-30 hours/week) with flexible availability
Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 annually
About the Role
We are seeking a patient, experienced, and highly reliable Executive & Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to an accomplished professional and public figure based in the Washington, DC area. This is a meaningful, long-term role for someone who excels in providing thoughtful, proactive administrative support and who values flexibility and work-life balance.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who thrives in a supportive role, brings sound judgment and discretion, and is comfortable being a trusted partner. This position requires someone who can be responsive and available when needed, particularly during travel or busy periods, while maintaining a sustainable part-time schedule.

This role supports an established writer, speaker, and advisor who is focusing more on writing projects (columns and books) and select professional commitments. The pace is generally manageable with occasional busier periods around travel, speaking engagements, or deadlines.
