Job Description

I’m recruiting on behalf of a global healthcare company for an Program Admin/Coordinator to support our client’s IT Zone team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of Administrative Assistant or Project Coordinator experience who wants to grow in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a shared team mailbox in Outlook and support day-to-day communications
• Assist with marketing materials and weekly itineraries for IT Zone initiatives
• Collect, organize, and analyze survey feedback using Excel
• Partner with leadership to drive consistency across multiple locations

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Technical background or experience with Microsoft Project is a plus
